Lynn Phillips is the Director of Business Development, Resident Relations and Communications at Southern Management Companies. In this role, Lynn is responsible for developing and cultivating creative business partnerships and overseeing the customer experience strategy for 77 properties in Virginia and Maryland. As a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of real estate and property management experience, Lynn is known for driving brand loyalty, building high energy teams, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance. Lynn facilitates communication with housing providers and renters to enhance the living experience from work force housing to high end residential communities. She is an Adjunct Professor at Prince George’s Community College where she develops curriculum and teaches residential property management courses. Lynn serves as a mentor to current and future property managers. She conducts leasing and marketing seminars with the local apartment associations. Lynn holds a MA in Human Resources from Bowie State University, specializing in training adults, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with her husband and two children.

Sam Brin is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland, and currently a Maine resident. Prior to launching Pull Up Fund, Sam held various roles in the technology sector. Sam led People Operations at Robinhood where he oversaw recruiting and human resources through several funding rounds and stages of growth. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Butter Systems, a restaurant technology startup that was accepted into the Y Combinator accelerator program in 2013. Sam graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009 with a BS in Computer Science and minor in Physics. He began his career as a software engineer for a research group at MassGeneral Hospital before transitioning to the startup space.

Shameeka Price is a successful Real Estate Broker and Developer. Under her leadership and through her vision, she has led, guided, and built one of the region’s most prominent Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate firms, “Capital Structures Real Estate.” For nearly two decades, she has progressed through the Real Estate industry as a licensed agent, real estate broker, licensed home improvement general contractor and a certified homeownership trainer. Shameeka specializes in all facets of real estate giving her a unique advantage in the competitive market.

Shameeka, is an engaging broker known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched dedication to all her clients; Shameka’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.

Shameeka, is also a recognized and respected community leader serving as the current President of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) and Executive Board Member of the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce to name a few. She founded the “Real Women Invest in Real Estate” and “Financial Education and Empowerment, Inc.” two non-profit corporations. As a mentor, Shameeka continues to advise women on the East Coast helping them to transform themselves into thriving women of power.

Sierra Georgia, originally from South Jersey, grew up working in her family’s moving and storage business. She graduated from Howard University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in International Business, then worked as the FAA's Foreign Travel Expert. In 2013, she launched DC’s first gelato truck and later trained at Carpigiani Gelato University in Italy, becoming an artisan Gelato Master.

Upon returning, Sierra founded GELAT'OH, specializing in artisan gelato, sorbet, and catering. Her company supplies top-rated restaurants, hotels, and celebrity chefs, combining Italian tradition with American-inspired flavors. Featured in major media outlets, Sierra now focuses on scaling GELAT'OH and serves on the Board of Mission of Love Charities, supporting local homeless and low-income communities. She resides in Washington, DC, with her American bulldog, Truck.
